Terms of Use
Last updated: July 9, 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using OrO, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use the app.
2. The service
OrO is a pomodoro timer for organizing tasks and tracking focus sessions. With an account, your data is synced across devices. The app may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
3. Plans, subscriptions, and purchases
OrO can be used for free. The free version may show ads and have limited features.
OrO Pro is offered as a subscription or a lifetime purchase (a one-time payment), processed by the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
Prices may vary by region and may change for future periods, always with advance notice through the store. Refunds follow the policies of the App Store or Google Play, which process payments, without prejudice to rights granted by applicable law — including, in Brazil, the right to withdraw within 7 days under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
4. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use OrO on devices you own or control, under the rules of the App Store and Google Play. Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or reverse engineering the app is prohibited.
5. Your account and data
Your tasks, projects, and statistics are stored in your account and synced across your devices. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account — notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. Purchases processed by the stores remain linked to your App Store or Google Play account: deleting your OrO account does not automatically cancel an active subscription (you must cancel through the store) or remove your entitlement to a lifetime purchase, which can be restored through the store when you use the app again.
How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Minimum age
OrO is not intended for children under 13. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OrO is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and we do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors or operate without interruptions. This clause does not exclude statutory warranties that cannot be waived, including those under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of data stored on your device or in your account.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to OrO if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms it or other users. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it — active subscriptions must be canceled through the store to stop future charges.
10. Changes
These terms may be revised from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the revision date shown below the title. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law, jurisdiction, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these terms. If you have questions, write to support@myoro.app.
